Lottery Selection Finished - Notes To All Runners Have Gone Out

Loop 2011 registration is full.  The lottery selection is complete and all runners who registered for the lottery have been notified—whether picked for a spot in the 2011 Loop or not.  The lottery was open for two weeks for signing up and we received over 1,100 lottery submissions for the 700 available spots.  In addition, 500 spots were filled via open registration over the course of about 15-20 very busy minutes on 1/11/11.

To those who were not selected in the lottery this year we are sorry things did not work out.  There is always next year!  If you are interested in volunteering please get in touch using the contact form link above.

If you did not receive a note first please check your spam folders and if it isn’t in there check your status at the RaceIt website here:  That is the most up to date, definitive listing.  Runners who registered through the open registration on January 11th are also included in this listing of registered runners.

A small group of emails bounced back when we sent the confirmations.  If you didn’t get the confirmation email but you are on the page above as a confirmed runner please contact us and let us know—it is possible your email address has a typo or our messages are being rejected for some reason.  If another person registered you or your group and put their own email address as the contact rather than yours we can update it to yours so you get the pre-race instruction emails that will go out prior to the Loop.

If you have any other questions, please contact us via the contact link at the top of this page.

To everyone who loves to run the trails we encourage you to check out the increasing number of excellent locally sponsored and challenging trail races out there.  Check out this list (maintained by dedicated trail runner Chris Jaworski) for a super list of tri-state area trail races.

Closer to the race we will be in touch via email with all registered runners with news, tips, and other helpful information.

Thanks to everyone who signed up—we are looking forward to a great 25th Leatherman’s Loop!
