Leatherman’s Loop Donates Money to Help Restore Cemeteries

Earlier this month, the Leatherman Harriers donated some of the proceeds from the 2009 Loop to the Town Historian Offices of the Town of Bedford to assist in the restoration of historic cemeteries in Bedford.  The town has historic cemeteries throughout with new ones discovered (or rediscovered) each year. Leatherman’s Loop Past Results Project

Prior to 2005 the Leatherman’s Loop results were tallied by hand by dedicated volunteers who insured the timing and finish order were recorded smoothly and quickly.  The end result of their toil was a collection of posterboards with that year’s loop results meticulously pasted in order and hand tallied to determine winners in multiple categories.  … Read more
