The 2023 Leatherman’s Loop is scheduled for Sunday, April 23, 2023 at 9am.

The Loop Lottery will be held Friday, January 6, 2023 to Monday, January 9, 2023.

Email is unreliable — Don’t let a spam filter wreck your chance of entering the Loop Lottery! Follow us in multiple ways to ensure you know when the Loop Lottery is kicking off.

This is the Loop Lottery registration and selection schedule for 2023:

  1. The lottery registration period goes for 4 full days — from Friday 1/6/2023 at 12:00am through Monday 1/9/2023 at 11:59pm.
    • Sign up for the Loop Lottery. Enter your name, address, etc. along with group name (if any) that you want to be linked to in the lottery.
    • Enter your credit card number to complete the lottery entry.
    • Your card will not be charged right away – it will only be charged if you are selected in the Loop Lottery.
    • You will receive a confirmation email that you are registered for the Loop Lottery once you complete your sign up.
    • If you DON’T receive a confirmation that you entered the loop lottery, one of the following must be the case:
      • you typed your email address incorrectly
      • you may have industrial-grade spam filters guarding your inbox:
        • Check your spam folder for the confirmation and then put [email protected] and [email protected] in your address book to ensure future receipt of emails and registration confirmations.
      • you did not actually complete the lottery signup (go back and do it again — make sure you click the Submit button at the end.)
    • PLEASE NOTE: If you do not receive a lottery entry confirmation — and you cannot find your name in the Loop Lottery Registration listing here: https://runsignup.com/Race/RegistrationLookup/?raceId=5968 then you are NOT SIGNED UP FOR THE LOOP LOTTERY! You should contact us ASAP and definitely before the lottery drawing so we can help fix any problem.
    • CONTACT US BEFORE THE LOTTERY DRAWING because it is much easier for us to fix any issues beforehand.
  2. Lottery drawing is scheduled for Friday 1/13/2023 and results will be announced after then via email.
